Our Vision
For all Australians (well… all people) to have access to health professionals who have expertise in their particular area of need. Geography should not be a barrier to this. By providing (mostly) telehealth services, we are able to help more people be their healthiest selves, through great nutrition.

Yes! We have two clinic locations, Redfern Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine, and in Albury at 482 McAuley St.
In our initial consultation we’ll chat about your current diet, general health, exercise routine, and lifestyle, as well as what you’d like to achieve from our work together. This information will help us tailor an eating plan, recipe ideas and other resources to help you reach your goals. We’ll make the most up-to-date science and nutrition strategies easy to understand and incorporate into your day-to-day. Our follow up appointments will help us assess your progress and fine tune our approach. We want to build a solid relationship to support long-term behaviour change for the better.
