Clare is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian with years of experience helping people achieve their health, nutrition and performance goals. She uses an evidence-based, balanced and realistic approach to empower her clients to make sustainable, long-term changes.
 
Clare’s love for food began during her years as a chef, where she developed a deep appreciation for creating meals that are both nutritious and delicious. She continues to enjoy combining her culinary and nutrition skills to help clients discover easy and delicious ways to eat well.
 
Clare particularly enjoys helping clients with healthy weight loss, sports nutrition, women’s health, and chronic disease management such as type 2 diabetes (T2DM), high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
