Fiona Kupresanin
Fiona is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has gained years of valuable experience as a Private Practice Dietitian in Sydney. She enjoys helping her clients improve their relationship with food using a compassionate and caring approach. She is committed to providing her clients individualised support utilising the Non-Diet Approach to guide her practice.
Fiona has a passion for working with individuals with eating disorders, troubled relationships with food/eating and body image concerns. She is experienced in providing nutrition interventions for
various conditions including diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arthritis and inflammatory joint disease, food allergies and intolerances, and irritable bowel syndrome (implementing the FODMAP approach) using a weight neutral approach.
Fiona also has a particular interest in the effect of nutrition on sports performance. She has completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Sports Nutrition Course at the Australian Institute of Sport. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion in this area. Fiona also has an extensive and successful medical research career. You can find her published research papers in numerous scientific journals.
