Felicity Grainger
Felicity completed her Masters of Dietetics from Deakin University and has since gained experience as a Accredited Practicing Dietitian working in private practice and research. Felicity remains committed to ongoing professional development and is a Certified Fertility and Prenatal Dietitian with additional studies in nutritional management of fertility, prenatal and pregnancy nutrition, endometriosis, PCOS and IBS.
Felicity practices with a client -centered approach aiming to empower individuals to improve their health. She achieves this by providing personalised nutritional guidance that encourages sustainable lifestyle changes to improve nutrition and overall health.
Felicity is passionate about women’s health, particularly all things fertility, prenatal and pregnancy nutrition. Additionally, Felicity has a special interest the nutritional management of endometriosis having lived experience with the positive impact’s nutrition can have on symptom management.
Felicity is a lover of food and believes food to be more than just nutritional goodness but that food should be accessible, affordable, flexible, and most importantly enjoyable!
